I do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide documentation (often called a “superbill”) that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
If you plan to use insurance, I recommend contacting your provider to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits. Many plans offer partial reimbursement for services with out-of-network therapists.

The first session is an opportunity for us to talk about what you’re looking for and see whether working together feels like a good fit. If it seems like another provider might be a better match for your needs, I’m always happy to help point you in the right direction.
